These Terms & Conditions govern villa bookings with First King Farms India Private Limited.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the Villa premises unless expressly permitted in writing by First King Farms India Private Limited.
The Villa is a strictly vegetarian property. Non-vegetarian food, meat, fish, poultry, eggs, seafood and similar items are strictly prohibited. Any violation shall result in immediate termination of the booking, eviction of all guests and forfeiture of applicable amounts without refund.
Weekend bookings: ₹1,00,000 refundable security deposit. Weekday bookings: ₹25,000 refundable security deposit. The deposit may be adjusted against damages, penalties, cleaning charges, unpaid dues or rule violations.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, fixtures, appliances, marble, woodwork, décor, landscaping or any movable or immovable asset. Recovery may exceed the security deposit where actual losses are higher.
First King Farms reserves the absolute right to refuse admission, cancel bookings, terminate stays or remove guests for violation of house rules, vegetarian policy, safety requirements or applicable law. No refund shall be payable in such cases.
