The relationship between Guests, Property Owners, Property Managers and First King Farms India Private Limited is founded on trust, transparency, safety and mutual respect. The safety, security and comfort of our guests, homeowners and staff remain our highest priorities.
Guest verification may include identity verification, Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card, mobile OTP verification, email verification and other checks as deemed necessary. First King Farms reserves the right to reject bookings where identity cannot be verified or security concerns arise.
Properties managed by First King Farms may be physically inspected for location verification, amenities verification, photographic documentation and safety assessment.
Guests may provide reviews and ratings regarding cleanliness, hospitality, maintenance and overall experience. First King Farms reserves the right to moderate reviews that are false, offensive or misleading.
Guests should carefully review all cancellation, refund, rescheduling, security deposit and house-rule policies before booking.
All guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours, local communities and house rules, and maintain cleanliness throughout their stay.
Many First King Farms properties are strictly vegetarian. Meat, fish, poultry, seafood, eggs and non-vegetarian food products are prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of stay, eviction and forfeiture of booking amounts.
Outside food and beverages may be prohibited at designated properties. Guests must comply with property-specific food policies.
Guests are liable for property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements and losses caused by themselves or accompanying persons. Recovery may be made from the security deposit or separately from the guest.
First King Farms collects only information reasonably necessary for reservations, guest verification, customer service, legal compliance and security management. Reasonable safeguards including access controls and secure payment gateways are implemented.
